Welcome to the Soully application. By using this application, you agree to comply with these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this application.

2. Service Description

Soully provides mental health support and emotional management tools, including AI conversations, mood tracking, meditation guidance, and other features. These tools should not be considered a substitute for professional mental health advice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account security and agree not to share your login information with others. In case of emergency, please contact local mental health services or call emergency services.

4. Subscription Services

Soully offers both free and premium subscription services. Premium subscriptions will automatically renew monthly or annually unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

5. Free Trial

New users can enjoy a 7-day free trial of Premium features. After the trial period ends, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled during the trial period.

6. Privacy Protection

We value your privacy. Your personal data will be processed and protected in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

7. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify or terminate services at any time. Significant changes will be notified to users in advance.
